Five Favorite Etsy Stores- Unique Jewelry Gifts

I want to keep highlighting amazing makers in the US, and I feel like my Etsy links can get caught in the more mainstream shuffle. So starting a series to focus on the greatest stuff we have found.

Jewelry, as a Valentine's Day gift, is really not breaking the mold. I mean, it has solidly been done (and enough with the Valentine's proposals already). But, the beauty of the world we live in is that Etsy exists, so you can buy something made locally to you and something with a little more meaning than another heart necklace. Here are some of my favorites.

handwriting necklace

Tom Design (Idaho) makes bar necklaces that you can put a handwritten note on. I love this idea for so many things, but it might be really special for Valentine's day as well. I especially love the idea if you are a long distance couple. If you like the bar necklace idea, but want something different, Blue Eyed Jewels Texas sells ones with coordinates on them (to what location? That secret can be yours).

valentine's day locket
LilybelleGrace has been selling these lockets for as long as I have been shopping on Etsy, and I still absolutely love them. They just look so intricate and special to me. Like your most precious memory could live inside. The colors are gorgeous, and I just think it might make a really significant gift.

personalized dog necklace
K Craven Illustration makes personalized pet necklaces that are so cute. Might be perfect for your significant other if you are pet parents together or if they are a real animal lover. These just look super special to me.

valentine's initial necklace

Gigglosophy (California) makes initial necklaces that look truly special. There are so many personalized and initial necklaces on Etsy, but these stand out for being a little more funky and minimalist at the same time. I would totally wear one of these.

morse code bracelet

Bare and Me (Washington DC) makes bracelets that say "love" in morse code. Call me a dork, but I love this. And there is some person out there that this would be a perfect gift for.
