3 Things- The End of the Office, Helpful Nostalgia, and Supergoddesses

1. The end of the Office- Kudos to them for letting things get a little bit dark with Jim and Pam, but thank goodness we are seeing some turn around, because that shit was getting depressing. Let's hope the last three episodes can be less of a downer. I suggest they just focus on Kevin Malone (maybe his chili?), because I love him.
2.My 20's- I have been feeling nostalgic lately. I think, in general, I am doing most of those things you are supposed to do in your 20's, so I am kind of thankful for my catastrophic blow up, because its important, and someday I will look back and think I got where I needed to be. Looking back on risks I took that turned out really really well makes me feel better about this big risk I took that isn't paying off. And I do know more now than I did when I was 20. I think about how scared I was to go to Europe, and now I pretty much live for travel. Plus, it takes a lot to really freak me out. Lately, I feel like I am really old, that by 27 I should have things really figured out, but looking back on what an idiot I have been weirdly comforts me. Later, in my 30's and 40's, I will think I was a real dumbass now. That's helpful. And I keep reminding myself how boring my life would be if I had it all figured out at 27.
3. "Women must tell men always that they are the strong ones. They are the big, the strong, the wonderful. In truth, women are the strong ones. It is just my opinion, I am not a professor." Coco Chanel

"I want to do it because I want to do it. Women must try to do things as men have tried. When they fail, their failure must be but a challenge to others." Amelia Earhart

"Women think with their whole bodies and they see things as a whole more than men do." Dorothy Day
