5 Things I Love this Week

1. Our Registry- This week, not only did we send out our save the dates, but we actually got a few gifts off our registry. It shouldn't be exciting, especially because the boy did all the picking, but it kind of was. We are getting married for real, so that is crazy.
2, A Christmas Story- My brother Thomas is directing the Christmas show at the Barrow the first two weekends in December. If you are in the Franklin area, even if you don't celebrate Christmas, you should go to this show. It is awesome- very well cast with some hilarious moments. It's like teh Christmas day marathon come to life, with even cuter children. And I only saw it two weeks out, so I bet it will be amazing by opening day.
3. Light Up Night- I think it is turning out to be one of the better Franklin festivals, with the worst parade announcing you will ever here and fireworks in time with Christmas music. This year, it also included my nephew carry around a balloon that looked like sperm, cotton candy, and glow sticks. It is the good life to be someone's grandkid. Even better when there arent too many other grandkids to compete with (of course, the downside is then you are short on awesome cousins).
4. Being home- at our mall in Mountain View, they have a coach store and a pottery barn. At the illustrious Cranberry mall? An independently owned store that sells patriotic jesus touch lamps. Seriously, this is the best thing ever.
5. Thanksgiving- Every year their is more to be thankful for. I am pretty excited about this year, but I need to take it easy tomorrow before I fall apart from running around too much!
